1. Refunds for Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you can request a refund within 72 hours of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.

Simply contact us to report the issue, and we will coordinate with our shipping partner to collect the item.

2. Exchanges & Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to exchange or return an item for personal reasons, you may do so at the time of courier pickup.

• Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost.
• For exchanges where the original item has no defect, the shipping cost will be applied twice (pickup + delivery of the replacement item).

يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية — غير ملبوسة، غير مغسولة، ومعها كامل التغليف.

كل ما عليكِ هو التواصل معنا للإبلاغ عن المشكلة، وسنتولى التنسيق مع شركة الشحن لاستلام المنتج.

2. الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأسباب شخصية

إذا رغبتِ في استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه لأي سبب غير متعلق بعيب، يمكنكِ القيام بذلك عند حضور المندوب.
